To secure your booking, we advise reserving your charter 2–3 weeks prior, particularly for voyages during the busy period (May–September). For corporate functions and exclusive occasions, scheduling 4–6 weeks in advance ensures more options and time for personalization.
How do you manage unfavorable weather conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In instances where our captain deems the weather as hazardous, we will propose an alternate date or issue a full refund. We actively track weather updates and will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure if the forecast is concerning.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks. In addition, we offer superb catering services tailored to your tastes. Note that for safety measures, glassware is not allowed on board.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?

What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours before departure are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 to 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in the case of inclement weather or mechanical breakdowns on our end.
